I bought the full version of Smart DVD Creator Pro some time ago. However, some of my conversion weren't completed and it can take some time to convert the files to the new type. Is there something I can do to correct this issue?

You can't resume a conversion process if it failed or didn't complete. The only way to transfer your movie files to the format that you want is to install the software and start the conversion process again. It might be time consuming but it's the only way.
